Best dinner in Kamloops. They'll make sure you feel comfortable and like family here. If you’re the type to ask for modifications to your order, don't (unless it dietary or allergies). Their food's incredible and has that good old grandma's cooking feel.

Classic, delicious, refreshing, nice people. It is a good restaurant in which you can enjoy Canadian food and good hamburgers. The environment is classic and you don’t get bored looking the walls.

For our family of 4, by far the best place to eat. As the sign says at the front...they're experiencing staff shortage so as a patron, you have to be able to be patient. We personally never experienced a problem but maybe we came at a slow time. Food by far was amazing. Service was good, staff was courteous and timely. Not 1 bad thing to stay. Will keep us full for the next 5 hours of our trip home.

Great place to stop for breakfast. Service was great. We were seated as soon as we walked in. The food was prepared perfectly for our tastes. I had Eggs Benny. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the potatoes as well were very well done. Definitely will be going back again.

Taking a step back to the 50/60's with pictures of old stars like Marilyn Monroe and others and matching decor greets you on entering Harold's. Also the sign saying be patient due to staffing shortage. I like the heads up as it helps customers realize staff are working extra hard. The food was good as was our server, I think his name was James. Very nice and efficient. The eggs Benny were very good. I could only give a 4 due to the sign apologizing washrooms are located downstairs. If they have another bathroom for people with mobility challenges, I didn't see it. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Solid food and good apple pie. Waitresses were a bit slow for how empty the restraunt was but friendly nonetheless, food was solid but I'm a bit sad the "Spudchos" I used to get aren't there anymore. Prices are a lot better than other restraunts and the seats are comfy.

Food.... Amazing Service.... Excellent Atmosphere.... Rocking Prices.... Fair They handled my family of 8 with no problems on mother's day. Only reason I'm giving there service a 4star is that they where short staffed and due to that and to be expected thing took abit longer but you could see them trying to handle the best they can. I can't explain to you threw here how wonderful the food was but please trust me and my family we will be back and from then on will be one of my go-to places to eat for a home cooked meal. Here are some pictures of our dinner's.
